Refund & Deposit Policy

At Charlotte Jane Aesthetics we are committed to providing professional aesthetic treatments and consultations.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following refund and deposit terms.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. Failure to pay a deposit results in your appointment being cancelled.

Deposits will only be refunded where required by applicable consumer protection laws or other legal obligations.

Refunds

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds for:

• Completed treatments or services.
• Change of mind.
• Dissatisfaction where the treatment has been carried out with appropriate skill, care, and in accordance with the agreed treatment plan and informed consent.

If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and discuss appropriate aftercare or review options.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights. Where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law, we will comply with our legal obligations.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• If you notify us 24 hours or more before your appointment, we will happily transfer your deposit to a new appointment date, and your deposit will not be lost.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, fail to attend your appointment, or do not arrive at your scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

These terms help us manage our appointment diary and ensure availability for all clients.
